Responding to Mind Cymru's "Raising the Standard" report

The report was pointing out ways in which inpatient mental health care could be improved in Wales. There was specific emphasis on the use of physical restrictions with patients, leading to a call to introduce legistlation in Wales (consistent with guidlines already published) that would be equivalent to Seni's Law in England. Seni's Law came about after the relentless campagin of Olaseni Lewis' family following his untimely dealth related to physical restrictions on a mental health unit.
