Packaging, which represents a significant share of municipal solid waste worldwide, offers one of the fastest ways to cut environmental impact through circular strategies. This study analyzes LinkedIn data from 1,249companies that focus on sustainable packaging. Each company profile was examined to identify concrete innovations aligned with theestablished circular‑economy “Re‑” strategies. The paper clarifies how firms translate these principles into practice, highlights the most adopted “Re‑” strategies, and examines the companies that self-identifyon LinkedIn as active in the field of sustainable packaging. The study presents key characteristics of these companies, such astheirgeographical distribution, the industry sector in which they operate, firm size and the number of followers. By mapping real‑world initiatives across a large sample, itprovides actionable insights for businesses and policy makers aiming to accelerate the transition to circular packaging systems while maintaining economic viability.
