    Supported the artistic director of the theatre for children and young people's company, programming productions, directing national touring productions, contributing to the companies 5 year business investment plan with the Arts Council of Wales, re-branding the companies identity, supporting the development of a new website and apart of the interview panel for recruiting new staff.
