    Whilst developing the young people's theatre company (Brain) within Fran Wen theatre company, Ffion created a new national programme where young people developed their writing with experienced writing mentors, such as Aled Jones Williams, and had the opportunity to work with professional directors and actors to share work with public audiences. The programme has developed since 2013 and still growing in success.
