The Gwynedd Dementia Super Group is where dementia professionals and people affected by dementia gather on a quarterly basis at the Memorial Hall in Penrhyndeudraeth. It is an opportunity for people to get to know each other, to understand each others roles, share best practice and information, and to hear real life stories and experiences.
