Description
A one day worskhop to explore and discuss the practicalities and all implementation aspects of setting up peer support for young dementia carers and their families. As well as three experts by experience, participants also included professionals working in the third sector (e.g. Carers Trust) supporting young carers and people living with dementia (Dementia UK), young onset dementia specialist nurses and healthcare professionals working in the NHS supporting families affected by dementia.| Period | 12 Nov 2024 |
