Launch event for the Biorefining -Technology Transfer Centre (Mona, Anglesey)

Description

I provided an overview of the pilot scale capabilities at the BioComposites Centre, as part of BEACON, to an audience of 80 people including senior academics at Bangor University, collaborative partners from across Britain and funding bodies including the Welsh Government and UK Government Knowledge Transfer Networks. Those attending included Prof. John Hughes (Vice Chancellor Bangor University), Ieuan Wyn Jones (former Deputy First Minister in the Welsh Assembly Government), Lord Dafydd Ellis Thomas (Presiding Officer of the National Assembly for Wales) and Albert Owen, Labour MP for Ynys Mon.
