Presented results from the Optimising Performance in High-Stress Environments: Performance Psychology Intervention for North West Air Ambulance (NWAA) Doctors and Critical Care Paramedics to a multidisciplinary emergency services audience, including senior management. The presentation generated significant engagement and interest, particularly from other emergency response units such as trauma nursing teams (200+ staff).

Following the event, discussions have begun to explore cross-sector collaboration, with a shared goal of co-developing and securing funding for a multidisciplinary Performance Psychology Support Package spanning air ambulance, police, aviation, and hospital emergency teams. This initiative represents an important step toward expanding our evidence-based performance psychology support package across emergency services to enhance resilience, wellbeing, and performance under pressure.
