Description
Using recreational drugs, like cocaine or alcohol, is illegal or comes with strict age restrictions. However, many people take these drugs, and drugs like them, even if they lead to negative impacts on their relationships, their finances, and their health. This talk explored what happens in someone’s brain when they take recreational drugs, and why from a biological perspective, using these drugs feels so rewarding… But, it is exactly this feeling which can lead to extremely damaging outcomes for some people.
