A talk outlining the history of the RRS Discovery vessels from the first Discovery launched in 1901 to the current vessel. The SeaSTORE project, which investigates trawling impacts on carbon storage, was also introduced with personal experiences from Dr Tim Whitton on the recent RRS Discovery cruise for the project.
