Description
This workshop was an opportunity to consider the connection of public health and local greenspace, sharing insights, findings and perspectives. We explored needs, priorities, perceptions and preferences of stakeholders including Local Council officers and facilitators of community initiatives and discussed these alongside relevant academic expertise.
Our guiding question for the day was:
“What do people across various levels of experience think about managing greenspace on a local council level, through the lens of health and wellbeing?”
