Training government field officers to train early childhood teachers in instructional support techniques in Jamaica

Description

Trained 42 government field staff to conduct virtual teacher training workshops in instructional support techniques. The field staff trained over 800 early childhood practitioners in four 90-minute training modules. Fourteen 14 middle managers were trained to give ongoing supervision and support to the field staff during intervention implementation.
