Description

I will be attending Welsh Ecology and Evolution Network (WEEN) 2026 alongside being part of this years committee, my role on the committee is venue liaison. My tasks include venue arrangements both for hosting the conference including the poster sessions and personal talks as well as organising the accommodation for attendees providing a smooth and issue free experience for the attendees. Other tasks include searching for sponsors and funding for the conference as well as planning the social aspects of the conference.
