Was interviewed by journalist Gwyn Loader, along with my sister psychiatrist Dr Elin Roberts, about our Instagram page "Rhwng Dau Feddwl" (Meaning 'Between Two Minds') and the centrality of trauma and relationships to our mental health. We also reflected on how mental health is discussed and represented in Welsh language media, and touched on the difference between a psychiatrist and clinical psychologist.
