RECLAIM Project - Community perceptions of new greenspaces interventions: the case of Rhyl, Wales

This short animation highlights a case study project in Rhyl, North Wales, funded by the RECLAIM Network Plus, undertaken by Bangor University and the UK Centre for Ecology & Hydrology. In partnership with Denbighshire County Council to estimate the benefits of planting new trees and wildflower meadows in Rhyl, and to hear local residents’ views on these local greenspace schemes. Their responses were compared to a bigger survey of almost 2,000 residents across the UK.
