Since 2011, Ffion has been working in the community and with in the education sector to evaluate how can we integrate further creativity into people's development and learning? From establishing a creative branch called 'Brain' with theatre company Fran Wen between 2011-2014 and representing the Arts council of Wales currently as a Creative Agent (2016-2018), Ffion continues to explore with educators, children and young people and the arts community how can we continue to understand and develop creativity for the future?Impact Summary for the General Public

Supported the Artistic Director in programme development, apart o the core team in rebranding the companies website and identity, apart of the panel of employing a new marketing manager for the company, supporting the community engagement officer's activities and creative programme. Apart of the core team developing a 5 year business plan for the Arts Council of Wales investment plan until 2020. Directed 2 national touring productions.
