Research

My PhD will explore accessible and effective menstrual cycle symptom management techniques in active females across Wales. This is under the supervision of Dr. Sophie Harrison, Dr. Eleri Jones, and Dr. Natalie Brown. This PhD is also collaborating with Esther Goldsmith and Sport Wales.

My MSc research explored female athlete burnout experiences and their perception of the coach's role in that experience through qualitative research.
