Personal

I completed a BSc in Marine Vertebrate Zoology at Bangor University between 2020 and 2024. I am now continuing my academic career at Bangor by undertaking an MScRes in Ocean Sciences.

Research

I have a particular interest in cetacean social behaviour and communication. My current research focuses on the various types of social bonds formed between individual bottlenose dolphins and how these relationships influence group dynamics across different behavioural contexts. My previous work has also explored social learning and cultural transmission in bottlenose dolphins.
