Overview

Dr Gemma Griffith is a Reader in Psychology, Co-director of the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP), and Director of CMRP Postgraduate programmes at Bangor University.

She has published over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles and co-authored/edited two books on mindfulness teaching and practice: Essential Resources for Mindfulness Teachers and Teaching Mindfulness-Based Groups: The Inside Out Group Model.

She developed the reflective tool to support mindfulness teachers learn key teaching skills, the Mindfulness-Based Interventions: Teaching and Learning Companion which has been translated into a number of languages and is used worldwide to support skills development of mindfulness teachers.
