I am a PhD researcher studying the effects of hot water immersion on cerebrovascular function under the supervision of Professor Sam Oliver, Dr. Jonathan Moore, and Dr. Geoff Coombs. My previous work includes assessing physiological responses to cold exposure as a research assistant.
With a background as a sports scientist and accreditation from the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES), I integrate exercise science, thermoregulation, and vascular health in my research. My goal is to advance thermal physiology and translate findings into practical health and performance improvements.
