Description

The award was presented at the KESS 2 Annual Event, a celebration of the KESS 2 programme and it's achievements over the last 14 years. I presented my PhD research and also submitted an entry for the sustainability award which I was lucky enough to be a winner of. This award was for my PhD research contribution to the UN sustainability goals and for exploring natural alternatives to plastic in the food packaging sector.
