Abstract
In this paper, WISERD, Bangor University, examine the challenges that have been faced by some Big Local areas, focusing on how the boundaries created for Big Local, alongside pre-existing boundaries, have influenced the development of the programme locally. The boundaries explored include local participation, physical, emotional social and economic, influence and power.
