Abstract

Authors who have been cited most frequently and authors who have published most frequently in the Journal of Applied Psychology during the first half decade of the 1970s were identified and compared with those of 20 yrs ago. Comparison sugests that the areas of interest have changed, and this impression was corroborated by an analysis of the journal for the 2 periods
