Abstract
Mae'r bennod hon yn gofyn cwestiynau newydd am ddiwylliant llawysgrifol Cymraeg yr Oesau Canol diweddar trwy ystyried testunau sy'n dibrisio llawysgrifau. Symuda hefyd i ystyried y rhan esthetegol y mae'r fath ddibrisio yn ei chwarae mewn rhai testunau proffwydol.
This chapter asks new questions about Welsh manuscript culture of the later Middle Ages by considering texts which devalue manuscripts. It then moves to consider the aesthetic role this kind of devaluing plays in some prophetic texts.
