    Abstract

    We report the synthesis of three stereoisomers of a mycolic
    acid from Mycobacterium tuberculosis containing a di-cis-cyclopropane
    and of two stereoisomers of a mycolic acid containing a proximal transcyclopropane
    and a distal cis-cyclopropane
