    Abstract

The Higher Education Academy (HEA), put out a call for blogs that discussed the benefits of having a Fellowship in the HEA organisation. A special week called "Fellowship week" (12th-17th March 2018) was set apart, to celebrate the fact that 100,000 Fellowships had been awarded by the HEA in the past 12 years. Dr. Law wrote a blog about the benefits of completing the HEA Fellowship; and how it helped her to be a more effective lecturer. This blog was featured on the HEA website, on the first day of the week of celebration, (12th March).
