Overview
Aled graduated in both Social Sciences and Law and currently lectures in Corporate Governance, Comparative Company Law and Comparative Employment Law. He has been engaged in collaborative socio-legal research projects on both national and European levels and has served as member of several Doctoral supervision teams in relation to theses ranging from corporate personality, corporate structures, shareholder activism, small companies, corporate whistleblowing and natural justice, corporate ethics, and corporate history.
He is currently engaged in ongoing research relating to corporate social responsibility and the welfare/care sector. He was an author who contributed to work of the Flynn Report, which formed the impetus for the Welsh Government reform of elder care law are homes in Wales in 2016.
