Miss Ann Sophie Warkentin

I'm an MScRes student currently looking at the effects of tourism on the behaviour of Zanzibar red colobus monkeys. After undergoing fieldwork on Zanzibar, I am now analysing my data and will investigate at whether tourism numbers and/or behaviour affect the behaviour of Zanzibar red colobus.

I am generally interested in behavioural ecology, especially anthropological disturbance.

I'm originally from Germany but came to Bangor University in 2015 for my undergraduate degree. After graduating with First Class Honours in Zoology with Animal Behaviour in 2018, I stayed at Bangor to continue my higher education with a MScRes Biological Sciences.
