Heledd currently works as Research Project Support Officer at Bangor University’s School of Healthcare Sciences on the ASPIRE Project; Accessibility and Implementation in UK services of an effective depression relapse prevention programme: Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (ASPIRE).
Heledd has been involved in many projects at the School of Healthcare Sciences since starting here in 2010, including LLAIS, OTCH, SUPPS, FIRE and most recently ASPIRE.
