Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) is associated with increased cardiovascular (CV) mortality and reduced life expectancy predominantly due to increased rates of acute coronary syndromes including unrecognized myocardial infractions [1]. The increased CV burden in this population has prompted rheumatologists and cardiologists to a more early and vigilant screening for CV risk stratification even in asymptomatic patients. Asymmetric dimethylarginine (ADMA) and subendocardial viability ratio (SEVR) represent non-invasive methods of assessing endothelial dysfunction and coronary microvascular perfusion to subendocardium respectively, two pivotal players in the development of CV disease and myocardial ischemia
