Description
iSupport for Young Carers (iSupport YC) is the only online interactive support tool for young dementia carers in the world. We propose a plan of work that will allow this innovation to be rolled out and implemented across health, social, charity and education sectors in 1. Wales and the UK, and 2. In Brazil and Spain.
