On Saturday morning, April 27, many enthusiasts gathered at Pontio to joyously celebrate World Tai Chi Day, embracing harmony and wellness. These individuals wholeheartedly engaged in the serene practice of Tai Chi, guided by seasoned instructors against the stunning backdrop of Pontio.
"We are thrilled by the overwhelming response to our World Tai Chi Day celebration," remarked Xianke Zhang, Tai Chi tutor at Confucius Institute at Bangor University. "It's heartwarming to witness the community coming together to embrace this ancient practice, promoting holistic well-being and mindfulness."
