In celebration of Chinese New Year, the Confucius Institute partnered with Bangor University’s School of Music to host two engaging cultural activities: Bracelet making and Chinese calligraphy. The event, held on 29th January offered students a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in Chinese traditions and celebrate the Lunar New Year. Participants embraced their creativity by crafting colourful bracelets and exploring traditional calligraphy, taking home beautiful keepsakes and a deeper understanding of Chinese culture. It was a pleasure to connect with the students and contribute to the vibrant festivities.
