We were delighted to host the English Language Centre for Overseas Students (ELCOS) from Bangor University on 31st May. Our guests enjoyed an enriching afternoon immersed in Chinese cultural activities. They participated in traditional practices such as calligraphy while enjoying the soothing sounds of guzheng music. A highlight of the day was a Tai Chi session, where participants learned about this ancient martial art's philosophy and health benefits.

"This was a wonderful opportunity to share our heritage and learn from each other," said Anthony Brooks from ELCOS. ‘It was inspiring to see connections being made and perspectives broadened."

The event went beyond mere activities, fostering meaningful cultural exchange and bridging global divides. Engaging in conversations, forging new friendships, and broadening perspectives made a lasting impact on everyone involved.
