Meeting hosted by Bangor University and attended by Dr Debbie Buckley-Golder (Head of Knowledge Transfer at the Technology Strategy Board), the Vice Chancellor Bangor University and Heads of School in College of Natural Sciences. Presentation to an invited audience of industrialists, academics and Welsh Government representatives and showcasing ongoing biorefinery projects at Bangor University, including BEACON. Success in a previously funded TSB/EPSRC project where I was the Co-I was also highlighted (TP/6/BEX/6/I/K0021K, 2007-2010: Succinate esters from renewable feedstocks)
