Generating Evidence in Support of Active Travel in North Wales
- Emily Holmes - Contributor
Description
Generating Evidence in Support of Active Travel in North Wales was a one-day workshop funded by Bangor University Community Fund. The workshop engaged local people and organisations interested in improving access and opportunities for active travel to share their views and to learn more about how Bangor University could generate evidence to support future initiatives. The event featured use of stated preference discrete choice experiments to support person-centred design of preventative healthcare intervention. Feedback was positive and sparked debate on the challenges of the geography of North Wales; with requests for further involvement and advice.
