Môr Ni Gwynedd event: In 2024, we launched the first-ever Pentre Bwyd Môr at @gwylfwydcaernarfon, an initiative that brought together academic research, culinary arts, and community engagement to celebrate our coastal heritage. This event was a collaborative effort involving chefs, artists, local organizations, and the Schools of Bangor University, designed to bridge the gap between academic work and public participation.

Our team facilitated a wide range of activities that highlighted the intersection of food, art, and science. Children and adults alike had the opportunity to engage with hands-on scientific demonstrations, participate in creative art projects, and explore the rich marine biodiversity of our region.
