Event hosted at Bangor University's Henfaes Research Centre. This was part of an
annual event, involving hundreds of farms across the country. Open Farm Sunday is managed by LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming), the leading organisation at the forefront of delivering more sustainable food and farming. The event is designed to enable the public to see practical demonstrations of various aspects of farming. I represented the BioComposites Centre and showcased its research into biobased food packaging made from agricultural residues, including ryegrass and wheat straw
