Description

On 27th January, the team at Action for Children decided to do something a little different for their team-building exercise—they celebrated Chinese New Year together. The event provided an inspiring mix of cultural activities, fostering creativity, connection, and collaboration among team members.

Highlights of the workshop included a traditional Chinese lanterns and Chinese Knots sessions, where staff learned to create intricate designs symbolising luck and prosperity. Guided by expert tutors, this hands-on activity encouraged mindfulness and teamwork while immersing participants in a key aspect of Chinese cultural heritage.
