Dataset to accompanying this article:

Thorpe, R.S., Barlow, A., Surget-Groba, Y. and Malhotra, A., 2018. Multilocus phylogeny, species age and biogeography of the Lesser Antillean anoles. Molecular Phylogenetics and Evolution, 127, pp. 682-695. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ympev.2018.06.014

The first is a multilocus sequence dataset consisting of species (and putative species) level sampling of the two clades of Lesser Antillean Anolis lizards to infer relationships among these species. The second dataset includes more dense population-level sampling of the same lineages sequenced for a single mitochondrial gene with the goal of inferring within-species coalescent age estimates. XML files used to generate trees, and the resulting tree files, are included. The Excel file contains metadata to help interpretation.
