Research
During my PhD, I am investigating the effects of the menstrual cycle and hormonal contraception on the health, wellbeing and performance of elite female athletes. This is under the supervision of Dr Sophie Harrison and Professor Sam Oliver.
My past research includes investigating sex differences in different performance measures, mainly focusing on neuromuscular fatigue and recovery.
