Overview
I am a first-year PhD student researching mental health and wellbeing in Women's Cricket. My PhD research closely aligns with my previous research projects at undergraduate and postgraduate which involved investigating mental health in student-athletes. I have long been interested in mental wellbeing and how we can use research to the betterment of individuals' mental health
