Comments on Easygroup Ltd v Easy Fly Express Ltd (Ch D) on whether permission for service out of the jurisdiction should be granted in relation to a trade mark infringement and passing off claim against a Bangladeshi company advertising its services on a website. Considers the approach to determining whether the defendant targeted UK or EU customers and the implications for UK and EU trade mark owners wishing to protect international goodwill.
