N2 - The Higher Education Academy (HEA), put out a call for blogs that discussed the benefits of having a Fellowship in the HEA organisation. A special week called "Fellowship week" (12th-17th March 2018) was set apart, to celebrate the fact that 100,000 Fellowships had been awarded by the HEA in the past 12 years.
