The purpose of the Beatriz Galindo grants is to attract research talent who has carried out part of her professional career abroad in order to favour the recruitment and training of research human capital and their mobility in sectors of national strategic interest, as well as to promote the quality and competitiveness of teaching and research staff in Spanish universities.
